Península Três Marias

Thiago Castilho, founder of Elemental Construtora, and Carla Bolla, entrepreneur and head of La Tambouille, acquired an extraordinary plot on the banks of the Três Marias reservoir — where the São Francisco River widens and takes on the dimensions of a sea. They then formed a collective authorship of four houses: Elemental (Thiago Castilho), La Tambouille (Carla Bolla), Grupo Perfil/CARAS (Luis Maluf, General Director) and Incora (Lucas Albuquerque), with architecture signed by Quintino Facci.

Unlike a finished asset to be polished, here there was nothing but land and ambition. Everything had to be created from scratch — the concept, the name, the brand, the architecture, the narrative and the business model. And it had to be created in tune among the four partners, in an integrated team operation combining five decades of construction, three decades of culinary hospitality, three decades of editorial media and Incora's strategic reading.

The new sophistication is not ostentation. It is silent, connected to nature, sustainable, and flirts with longevity. The Península thesis stems from this reading: a place where refinement disappears into nature — exclusivity, discretion, silence and belonging, counter to the big city.

The positioning is anchored in a brand-extension movement of the Grupo Perfil/CARAS and La Tambouille brands into real estate, translating decades of repertoire around beauty, gatherings and social culture into a physical destination. Not a condominium — a collective declaration of intent, built in an integrated partnership across the four houses.
